CMSC Renovation and North Tower Addition - Session Summary

454,000 SF of construction located in Hopkins East Baltimore Campus, consisting of 14-story, 171,000 SF North Tower addition, as well as, 284,000 SF of renovations covering 11 stories within a 24/7 operational facility, including:

 Replacement of Building Skin on South & West Wings of Existing CMSC Building

 Mechanical and Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades

 Experimental & Computational Labs

 Core & Elevator Lobby Renovations

 New Main Lobby Entrance

Renovations are for the existing Children’s Medical Surgical Center (CMSC), composed of primarily research space with the intended end users to be a combination of Johns Hopkins Hospital and School of Medicine .
