Removal of existing front entrance doors and minor interior modifications of General Office and adjacent spaces. Reconfiguration of the General Office including relocation of existing counter with new countertop, installation of new wall at Lobby and new entrance doors, new security hardware, patching and repair of adjacent materials, limited electrical work due to security hardware, and wall and door relocations.

Due to limitations on the number of people able to gather, we will be holding multiple site visit times to minimize the size of groups. These meetings will be held daily, beginning Wednesday, April 1, through Friday, April 3 between the hours of 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Group sizes will be limited to eight (8) participants, with meetings times available each hour of these posted times. RSVP is mandatory to ensure adequate coverage is maintained. While attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly recommended, it is not required in order to submit a bid.
Visitor parking is available at the Science South/Falcon Hall parking lot off of Fenton Street. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early as parking is limited on campus.
