Due to limitations on the number of people able to gather, we will be holding multiple site visit times to minimize the size of groups.  These meetings will be held daily, beginning Wednesday, June 24th, through Friday, June 26th between the hours of 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.  Group sizes will be limited to eight (8) participants, with meetings times available each hour of these posted times.  RSVP is mandatory to ensure adequate coverage is maintained.  While attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly recommended, it is not required in order to submit a bid.

Visitor parking is available at the Science South/Falcon Hall parking lot off of Fenton Street.  Attendees are encouraged to arrive early as parking is limited on campus.
