COVID 19 - Resources for Construction Companies

I hope you're staying safe during this unique time in our lives. I wanted to reach out to you to provide some resources for you should you find the need.  Here are some articles to help you navigate this crisis now and what may occur long after this pandemic has passed.

- Liberty Mutual Surety released a memo on COVID-19 on proper steps to take to ensure you are protecting yourself and prepared for the impact of COVID-19 on your business, if you haven't already.  I've attached that memo for your review. Click here

- The National Law Review released a piece on providing the proper notice to your owner, notifying them of delays and steps to avoid disputes, etc. Click here

- Through the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Stability) Act, there are several programs you can take advantage of as a small business owner.  I would recommend starting with the Small Business Owner Guide where you can navigate to the most appropriate program for you.  There are funds available for paycheck protections, debt relief, disaster loans and counseling.  Click here
