MEALS ON WHEELS OF CENTRAL MARYLAND

A new 40,000 SF headquarter facility for Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland. This construction will
consist of a new food production area with enclosed loading dock, two story office space with private &
open offices, meeting spaces, conference rooms. Construction will also include site improvements to
include an entry driveway, car parking, and van parking. Unique features include deep foundations,
precast panels, and back up battery. This project will be LEED and looking for MBE/WBE participation.
