Lewis Contractors is requesting bids for the following project. The scope of work is as follows:

1. Selective demolition of building components including interior partitions, ceilings, doors, structural framing, elevator, dumbwaiter, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
2. Extensive renovation and alteration of the existing building throughout the entire interior and much of the exterior envelope.
3. Site development including grading, paving, storm water management, water and sanitary sewer utilities, electrical power service, site lighting, and landscaping.
4. Hazardous material abatement, removal and disposal.
5. Structural steel framing, decking and concrete slab infill to create new floor areas.
6. Masonry wall construction.
7. New elevator and hoistway.
8. Mechanical heating & cooling system improvements.
9. Electrical distribution re-configuration and upgrades.
10. General purpose electrical power connections, and new equipment connections.
11. Emergency electrical power generator equipment.
12. New lighting fixtures, controls and wiring.
13. New plumbing system piping and fixtures.
14. Fire alarm.
15. Fire suppression sprinkler.
16. Telecommunications systems.
17. Security systems including CCTV, intrusion alarm, and door controls.
18. Audio Visual system infra-structure pathways.
19. New partitions of metal stud and gypsum wallboard.
20. Floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
21. Built-in casework and teller equipment.
