Howard County intends to procure the services of a construction firm to perform structural, mechanical, electrical and, instrumentation and control improvements for the Edgar Road Water Pumping Station (WPS) at 4901 Edgar Road. The project items may include, but are not limited to, demolition and removal of existing structural, mechanical, electrical, communication, instrumentation and control components and installing new components, coordinating with other contractors, testing, site work, and miscellaneous appurtenances as shown in contract documents, and incidental items.
