Howard County intends to procure the services of a construction firm to furnish and install new water utilities. The project includes, but is not limited to, utility construction involving roughly 6,600 linear feet of new water main, lateral connections, installation of water valves, fire hydrants, temporary water main and services, and water service connections along Old Columbia Pike and associated intersections between Toll House Road and Roussey Lane.
