East Baltimore Development, Inc. (“EBDI”) is excited to provide an opportunity for qualified developers to submit written proposals for three (3) distinct development opportunities in the EBDI footprint now branded as Eager Park.   Two (2) of the opportunities involve vacant parcels that will be developed into for sale housing and one (1) involves the conversion and rehabilitation of a commercial building into rental or for sale residential housing.  These RFPs seek creative and impactful proposals with very specific needs as provided therein to produce new residential housing units for households for mixed income levels.

Upon release of this RFP and until final selection, Respondent shall not communicate with EBDI staff about the RFP or issues related to the RFP except as permitted under this RFP. We appreciate your interest in the development of Eager Park and look forward to reviewing the proposals that will be submitted in furtherance of EBDI's objectives.
