Description: We have good news! The latest release of the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) provides new functionality for vendors that will expand capabilities and improve overall user experience. Some of these new features include acknowledging receipt of a purchase order, submitting invoices, and easy communication with State staff.

To best prepare for this exciting new vendor functionality, the MDPA is happy to announce a new vendor training session, dedicated specifically to the new features in eMMA, and offered six different times in hopes of best accommodating your schedule. These training sessions are critical for continuing to do business with the State.

Here's a look at upcoming dates and times for the eMMA 2.0 Vendor Update Training Session. All content and instruction remains the same for each section. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the training session format? Training sessions are conducted online via live webinars. Attending training sessions requires an audio/visual device and internet connection.

Do I need to register in order to attend? Yes, registration is required in order to attend training sessions on the days they're held. Registration is completed on a first come, first served basis with a maximum attendance of 1,000.

How can I ask questions during the training session? Training sessions are conducted in listen-only mode, however participants are encouraged to enter their questions in a designated question area of the webinar control panel, which is explained at the beginning of instruction. Following each session, attendees receive a follow-up email that includes a compiled Q&A, presentation slides, a link to the video recording, as well as any additional handouts (if applicable).

Will these sessions be offered again in the future? Absolutely! While we continue to update and improve content and offerings, most training sessions are offered on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule.
