Barton Malow Company, Construction Manager-at-Risk, is soliciting bids for Bid Package No. 0 – Design Assist-Prefabricated Wall Panels (BP0.01) on behalf of Towson University for the construction of the Glen Towers Façade & Plaza Improvements on the main Towson University campus. Due to limitations on the number of people able to gather, we will be holding multiple site visit times to minimize the size of groups.  These meetings will be held  Tuesday, May 5th and Tuesday, May 6th, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.  Group sizes will be limited to three (3) participants, with meetings times available each 1 hour period of these posted times.  RSVP to Robert Liburdi or Tom Moriarty is mandatory to ensure adequate coverage is maintained.  While attendance at the pre-bid meeting (May 4th at 9 AM) is highly recommended, it is not required in order to submit a bid.

Visitor parking is available at LOT#26 – Towson University has temporarily suspended parking permit enforcement while the University is closed due to the Coronavirus.  Attendees are encouraged to arrive early as parking is limited on campus.
