This project is to replace existing corrugated metal culvert pipes, relocate a hiking trail, and resurface the entrance roadway at Rocky Gap State
park. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control devices, excavation and removal CMP pipes, excavation
of the site to install precast concrete culvert box, compacted CR-6 fill material, Rip Rap erosion control, asphalt roadway patching, guard railings to include posts, beams,
composite offset blocks, end sections and hardware, restoration of site to a preconstruction condition, seed/mulch all disturbed areas, remove sediment and erosion
control devices removal and proper disposal of all debris off of state property.
