A Maryland non-profit founded in 1977, representing minority and women owned contractors and businesses across the state.
The Maryland Minority Contractors Association was incorporated as a Maryland non-profit in 1977. We are a community of minority and women owned businesses working across the state, mentoring one another with over 150 years of combined contracting experience.
We connect members directly to contracting opportunities, supply qualified contractor lists to general contractors who request them, and take an active role in reviewing legislation that affects minority owned businesses in Maryland.
The pledge has not changed since 1977.
Up to date information on state and local contracting opportunities as it reaches us.
We monitor and speak for or against legislation affecting construction and minority business enterprises.
Direct access to other contractors and subcontractors working the same projects you are chasing.
Solicitations sent to members by email, with bid packages available for review at the MMCA office.
When a general contractor asks us for qualified minority subs, our members are the list we send.
Assistance from a membership carrying more than 150 years of combined contracting experience.
